Product availability is not guaranteed. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Haus of Eri reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

Product availability

If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. Haus of Eri is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be displayed at checkout.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

If a pricing or product-information error occurs, we may correct the error and cancel affected orders. Customers will be notified when applicable.

5. Shipping and Preorders

Order processing, shipping estimates, preorder timelines, address corrections, and lost or delayed packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, customers will receive the delay notification, cancellation opportunity, and refund options required by applicable law.

6. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Haus of Eri does not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, change of mind, or accidental purchases.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, and order details before purchasing.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms and availability. Unless otherwise stated:

Only one discount may be used per order
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
Discounts have no cash value
Promotions may be modified or ended at any time
Discount codes may not apply to every item or collection

8. Intellectual Property

All website content—including the Haus of Eri name, logos, branding, photographs, graphics, videos, product descriptions, designs, website layout, and the phrase “Born Royal. Raised Rebel.”—is owned by or licensed to Haus of Eri and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

9. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, tag, testimonial, or other content to Haus of Eri, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant Haus of Eri a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and share content you intentionally submit or tag us in for promotional and business purposes, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate.
