Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Haus of Eri. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s estimated delivery time.

During launches, sales, holidays, and periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order ships.

Preorders

Items marked as preorder have an estimated shipping timeframe listed in the product description. If your order contains both in-stock and preorder items, the entire order may ship together once all items become available.

Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production or vendor delays. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside the control of Haus of Eri may affect delivery times.

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Haus of Eri is not responsible for delays or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Haus of Eri because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs before the order can be resent.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking updates and delivery are managed by that carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with members of your household, neighbors, your building’s management, and the shipping carrier.

Contact info@hausoferi.com if you need assistance filing a carrier claim. Haus of Eri will review each situation, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.
